Optum Family Medicine - Riverdale - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I went for some tests that I needed and the check-in process was fast and efficient, and I was called in for my scheduled appointment right on time. Although my primary care physician is the amazing Dr. Leticia Gonzalez, I was recently assisted by Dr. Pinzon, who was thorough and attentive to my needs. The staff at the office were all very kind and professional. The person who withdrew my blood was especially skilled, as I barely felt a thing--it was quick and painless. Overall, it was an in-and-out visit that left me impressed with the level of care and service provided by the medical team.

If you go to the place it is a terrible service from the staff, it is rare to find someone from the staff who is friendly, there is also a great DISCRIMINATION regarding the Spanish speaking clientele, both in person and online, you do not find information with them in Spanish .

I actually love the doctors in this office, however, DO NOT visit this office after 5:00PM; front desk staff are extremely RUDE!!!! And love to criticize patients. They also seem to be homophobic and tend to stare down at patients. This is NOT a friendly environment, they are VERY unprofessional.January 11, 2024 UPDATE: WORST SERVICE than before.
