This place is awesome and the staff is the best [ they know what they doing ] never an issue and if so they correct it with no problem.Very respectful people always but please if you rent from them have the rental items ready when they come to pick it up and don't ask ... can you wait like an hour [ they have other location they have to be too] so before you ask no sorry the book time is the book time.Please and thank you.I don't work for them but have worked events with them.

My son's 5th Birthday Party (April 15th, 2023) was absolutely beautiful thanks to O&G Party Palace. The staff made my vision come to life and even addressed furniture issues that existed due to my venue. I'd definitely would utilize O&G again. They provided furniture rental, decor & setup.

I had a really great experience working with O&G for my daughter's first birthday party in the park. The balloon arch and balloon sculpture were exactly as I envisioned them, the table and chair rentals were in great shape, and the team was a pleasure to work with. Louis was attentive via text and email when planning and his delivery team was on-time, communicative, friendly, and went above and beyond during setup with no complaints.
