I went here twice the first time for a wash and set and it was nice. The next time I got a relaxer the stylist put the relaxer in then put me in another chair to wait while she blew someone's hair out. Yes, she left the relaxer in my hair and blew someone out. I thought it was odd as that has never happened to me before. I always thought the person with the chemical in their hair takes precedence over a blow out. Well, I was right because the middle back of my hair completely fell out. I was soo upset but I knew i should have said something but my mistake was I trusted the stylist rationalizing it like the relaxer can't be that strong. This place is in the heart of the Castle Hill community. It's easy to find just take the 22 bus across or walk from the castle Hill train station. The price is right. The Salon is clean and neat. They clean after each customer. I'll be back here to get my hair done before my next trip.

They are horrible how they tried to charge my autistic Daughter 380 for pink tips mind you my Daughters hair is really short it’s to her neck and they only did the tips my Daughter doesn’t Speak Spanish so when I asked the lady how did you tell her in English the price she couldn’t tell me Do you know my daughter didn’t know how to speak Spanish And what they did was try to take advantage And on top of that they was all drinking alcohol So when I asked them to call the cops they didn’t want to but they still took $200 from her
