I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Just like they say, you need to read everything you sign. When you walk in, there are signs on all walls saying 300-400 e file fee. 60 cash prep for paper work. I have been coming here for the past 7 years ish. I can say, I have never received an audit. They are very knowledgeable on other issues that may effect your taxes too! She tells you exactly what you are going to get. Now, the only bad side to this place is the line. There are soooooooo many people, but if you sign in, you can come back in a few so no problem. Or wake up early to be the first.
I have been using this service for 10years, the last 8years sending my returns from ******* and never had a problem with Tax 2go. They tell me what I owe and thats all I have ever been charged. very satisfied
I love I've been coming here for a long time and I love the service they're very nice people they know how to talk to people so I recommend anybody to show up and do the taxes here
