Last Friday, I met a really sweet, kind, and very efficient phlebotomist name Destinie in room 200. I am a VERY difficult stick and generally people try to take it from all areas of my hand (painfully) and never in the crook of my arm. What I love about Destinie is that she didn't try to use my arm like she was skewering meat and only prick my forearm once and it worked like a charm. Quick, easy, and then she was done. I would highly recommend asking for her if you need your blood drawn, plus she has a lovely personality so it's a win win.

The infusion clinch upgrade there rooms and the chair does recline back and they have tv bow were all the chair at the staff are very friendly and they also give out hot tea and snacks to eat while your getting your infusion there in glass building
