I must say Metro Optics never failed me with their employee idonia. She’s so welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and very patient. She’s very transparent and treats all her customers the way she would want to be treated. I have been dealing with Metro Optics for about 3 years and she has always provided great customer service and I definitely followed her from Throggs Neck to Parkchester.
The optician Idania is such an angel that I hope gets the recognition she deserves. I came a couple weeks ago with my grandmother hoping to get a few of our broken glasses repaired and even though it was extremely busy everyone greeted us. We waited about 10 minutes before Idania called us over to repair our glasses. She was not only quick but explained everything to us and I love that she was friendly and had a smile the whole time. We came back recently to see the doctor because we decided we wanted to return to this office instead of going to our regular one. Louis, tiarraaaaa !!! Hectorrrrr And everyone else on shift 4/9/2026 was so great they really deserve a big raise— if they ever leave I refuse to come back! Please give them a raise. These individuals are irreplaceable— Be smart & value them!!!
