This is my second time at Lupe's. I returned because I was really pleased with the way Andres cut my short curly hair. My hairdresser of over 25 years retired. So, it has been hard for me to find a new hairdresser. I was not satisfied with any other barbers until I found Andres at Lupe's. He also trimmed my eyebrows perfectly. Unfortunately, I'm in the process of moving out of the Bronx. Now, the search for another new hairdresser. But, if you're in the Bronx, I highly recommend Andres.

I only get my hair cut every few years and have been going to this salon for all my haircuts since 2007, they used to be a few doors down. Tonight I went to the new location and got my hair cut by a new-to-me stylist and she did a fantastic job. I’ve had my hair cut by Lily and she’s amazing too, the owner Lupe has great hands for cutting hair as well. I live 35 mins away and rather drive to this salon than put my hair in the hands of my local salons. Not everyone has the gift for cutting long hair, these ladies get it. They are also very reasonably priced. My stylist took so much care and detail while working on my hair, I also love that she didn’t burn my hair....read full review

I got a wash and blow out with flat iron by Lillian I love the outcome I haven’t had a blow out in 2 yrs as I’m a natural girl who avoid heat but Lillian did a great job and she made me feel welcomed and she was very pleasant.
