I had a bad experience at vista eye care and decided to go to lens crafters. I did not trust them with my frames because they were expensive and if anything happened to it they said they were not responsible. I trusted lens crafters because they already deal with designer frames. The store associate was very nice and assured me that they would take care of my frames which I deeply appreciate. Customer service was great. I definitely recommend them especially if you are dealing with designer frames!
Great customers service by the gentleman Gavin that helped my son and I choose the right fit for us and helped me fit in my daughter as a walk in eye exam, and also the doctor who did mine and all 3 of my childrens eye exams !!
But “0” stars for i believe her name is Kendra ,very nasty attitude not helpful at all ,she doesn’t care whether you walk in ,doesn’t even greet you ,I mean …to have someone like that in a business is insane to me ,I cannot imagine how many how many customers have been lost because of her ,had it not been for the gentleman that reeled us in and helped us I would have never made the purchase of 3 sets of glasses, other than...read full review
