Today I went from my doctor's office somehow they gave me the wrong paperwork for me to get my X. Ray done. So when I showed up at Lennox hill radiology, when the receptionist saw the document she stated, I need to referral, I said this is what they gave me. So she says, okay, I'm going to call them. And to see if they can fax one to me, because this is not the referral, I waited 2 minutes. She called me back up to the office window, and she stated, they sent it to me. We can start your appointment, and I had my X-ray. Good thing, I thank you, Lennox hill for going above and beyond to help me thank you 😊
I had no expectations when I arrived at Lenox Hill but was greeted as I arrived, directed to a sign in sheet and noticed I was next. The staff was efficient professional and friendly. They managed my exam anxiety to insure it's success. This is an excellent facility for anyone in need.
I had my mammogram done by Jennifer, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was crying when she took me in and she immediately knew it was my first mammogram. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to explain each step, which really helped ease my nerves and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
Jennifer was very gentle and respectful, making what can sometimes be an uncomfortable procedure much more manageable. Her calm and reassuring attitude truly made a difference.
