This is a busy service, and for good reason. So if we catch the dispatcher at a busy moment, a little politeness on our part goes a long way. I couldn't have asked for better service for myself and my friend. We are both senior ladies and good driving and cheerful kindness go a long way. Our driver was on time and very cooperative re our walkers, etc. They are also a really great value, which is one of the reasons they're so busy!! So hang in, they're worth it.
