2 hrs with an unskilled rookie "tech" and this is what I get. Lumpy, bumpy rigid nails. The other "techs" knew this girl was inadequate, yet they still let her do horrible work. They are all rude, disrespectful and unfriendly. Also love to stare at you.. They charge a lot as well, this horrible full set was $50. I wouldn't even return if it was free. Charged me $15 to ONLY remove gel out of myNails. Mind you, i told them not to put any clear or anything just remove gel. And they charged me $15.I went back the next day to claim my money and he guy threw me $10 dollars saying “ okay is just ten dollar, here”Avoid this place. Looks nasty and not hygienic at all. I went there because was the only thing open.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!At 9:05 am this morning I took a step into this business as I have done several times before. I asked the owner if Olga was in today? He asked if I had an appointment I said I did not, did I have to call? He had the appointment book in front of him so I could have made an appointment. He said Olga does not make appointments and told me to get out, his words were... "You get out my store, you don't come back!" "I owner here, no appointment, you go!" I'm going to stop right here...I was hurt, not only was he rude but get this, the man and his wife are my neighbors!
