My first encounter with the Joseph A. Lucchese funeral home was several years ago when my in-laws passed away within two years of each other. I was not part of the funeral service planning, but I was on the sidelines observing the staff's interaction with the immediate family, the handling of our beloved ones and our guests of which there were many. I will always recall the peace and gratitude that came over us when we saw the care taken in the presentation of the family's patriarch and matriarch.
