Joel a k a Gil is a thief and a liar? I pay him for work. He did not finish the job, stole my money. Now. He doesn't wanna answer the phone I knew there was something funny with this guy came a little high to work. But he told me he could handle the job, I trusted him and all he did was steal my money and didn't finish the job from what I've been told. This is not the first time he's done this. Look into what he does for you before you get it done. Because he is a thief an a liar, and if he tells you, he's a officer of the law, that is a lie, too, tell him to show you proof because he is a liar.
