I am writing today to express my disappointment with the way the manager handled the situation when the system was down, preventing the customer from checking in. Instead of offering an apology for any inconvenience caused, she became very combative and addressed me condescendingly, also accusing me of past incidents involving other customers' behavior. I highly value excellent customer service, and I believe that regardless of your product's quality or craftsmanship, respectful treatment remains essential.
