This is a terrible business. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home because of how mannerless and uncivil the workers were with me. It was to the point where I was thinking about involving law enforcement. I should have taken that action. I’m glad that I reacted in time to protect myself.

I guess I see now what they have poor reviewSchedule the appointment by my building management for 9:30am to 11:30 but instead this Ahole ( Jonathan ) shows up an hour before the estimate time with so much attitude, did the job that my super had done prior to him and weren't able to fix so I was skeptical as to why he finished so early , so when he was done with the same attitude he rudely asked me to sign off at the job , and I told him I need it to check to see if the sink worked properly with couple of tricks that it used to clog it before , he rolled his eyes on me and didn't want to to wait and while I was doing that in the bathroom he just left without me signing...read full review

Please dont use them!!! They are absolutely awful and liars. We used them because they are the lead plumber for our building. They came to fix a leak in our kitchen sink - we thought the job went alright (will tell later how that turned out!) and that is why we called them to fix a leak in our shower body. They came saying they would just replace the cartridge. Next thing you know they had knocked off tiles in our tub and replaced the whole shower body. We were not there and only came back two hours later to this mess. When we asked them that was not in the scope of work - they refused to show us what their mgmt had scoped for them to do.
