GENERAL DENTAL SERVICES provides outstanding and professional care. The dentists are highly professional, warm, personable, and excellent, paying great attention to detail. Cleanings are thorough and fantastic. The staff is extremely professional, efficient, friendly, compassionate, helpful, and really nice. They answer all questions clearly and explain treatment plans comprehensively. Pain management during procedures is top notch, and the dental hardware and craftsmanship are of good quality and excellent. The service is stress-free. Patients report they are truly impressed, grateful, and would highly recommend this office to anyone, stating it is easily the best dentist office they have ever been to.
Dr Fraenkel is one of the best doctors in the Bronx. I have always had my cleanings done here since I was a boy and I have never been to any other dental office. I had a Root canal treatment and crown done in my lower right molar. They were prompt with their pre authorization to my insurance and everything was finished within two weeks. I’ve never been happier and my smile has never been brighter. Thank you to Dr Fraenkel and the staff Rachel and Darlene are truly the best. I will miss you guys since I’ll be moving to Montana but my heart will always be with GDS. God bless
Dr Fraenkel is the best dentist in the Bronx. His staff Rachel and Darlene was were both courteous and helpful. I was a victim of crime and had my teeth damaged. They implemented a treatment plan with Dr Fraenkel and with crime victims services and all my work was paid for even though I didn’t have insurance. Thank God for GDS. Thank God for Dr Fraenkel.
They gave me a heads up call for my appointment the day before , staff were nice. Enough room . Only downside was the wait. I got there early I was a new patient so I completed the paperwork but I still had to wait 30 mins after my appointment time to get X-ray’s and see the doctor. This a good place if you don’t mind the wait
