Everything is fine when they’re overcharging you and they receive their money but the minute there’s a minor issue the owner Frankie doesn’t even attempt to listen to what you have to say just tries to shut you down repeatedly saying no like he’s a toddler. This rating is so low for a reason. You’ve been warned
Way too expensive charged me 50$ for just almost nothing I opened my jacket at home and it was same as I left it there, they asked me if it was my first time there and I said yes, didn’t see any prices and I bought a 15$ stain removal and did it myself, very disappointed from this place never going and don’t recommend going.
Over priced & incompetent while being rude. I requested to have the elastic to be replaced; I was charged $30 for nothing. Then, I complained & instructed the rude worker on what to do so my pants won't fall down; the reason why I was having the elastic replaced. I was told " I know what I am doing!". I walked there in high heat to have to come back another Saturday. Look elsewhere.Service: Alterations
