I placed an online order for my mother's birthday in September... I'm out of state so had to rely on a Google search, ratings, and reviews. Though there is another flower shop closer in proximity to where my mother lives, that shop didn't meet my expectations in the past so I decided to try someplace else and am I glad I did! I called the shop after completing my order so to speak with a live person to confirm and get clarity on the arrangement. Orlando was awesome and professional, and assured me the flowers would meet my expectations and delivery would be timely. Not only did Orlando help me get flowers on his normally scheduled day off, but he did not have a delivery person available to deliver the flowers to the hospital for my wife, who had just had surgery, her favorite flower is the sunflower, Orlando brought the flowers himself, and gave me a balloon as well! he is one of the most professional and reliable businessman that I know. Thanks again Orlando! Don’t know why Google hasn’t given you a perfect five but if they are looking at this now, I would suggest they do so.
