went to frankie flowers this past Friday. had a very good friend of mines of 40 years pass. I went to frankie flowers in hopd to purpase a beautiful spray arrangement for his funeral which was today March 27th . I paid for the flowers on March 24th , was told the flowers can be delivered and was charged an additional 25$ for delivery . Today at his funeral the flowers never arrived , never got a text or a call from anyone at frankie flowers to inform me of any issues or changes . I felt really bad because I purchased these beautiful flowers for my friends funeral that never arrived . very bad buisness , I will never recommend or buy from them again.
Frankie’s has the best flower. *Good flower’s arrangements. *affordable prices. *Respectful staff. The last flower arrangement I bought last year for Father’s Day it’s still on my husband’s grave. The arrangement is very heavy the wind can not lift it. It’s been a year and it still looks great. I’m going to change it now because I’m tired seeing the same thing but my kids love the arrangement. I bring him different flowers arrangements but I never moved Frankie’s until now for Father Day. I lived in Manhattan but since my husband passed away 2 years ago I continued going back to Frankie’s for any arrangement and on any occasions. Thank you ALL!!
I went in and was greeted by Santiago. He was great. He helped find exactly what I wanted. I had to wait for my cousin at the flower shop for more then a half hour and he made me feel welcome. He crafted a beautiful flower cake on the spot. I highly recommend Anthony's Flower Farm. Thank you very much.
