Went here with my wife and was taken care if by Alexa. She was amazing and took excellent care of me and my wife. She was friendly, knowledgable, and super helpful. The doctor was also very approachable and encouraged a dialog which I find is not always the case. I love this place a d will contunue to come back just for the doctor and Alexa. Please note i am not knocking anyone else because they all seemed very friendly and helpful. Its just that I only dealt with Alexa but she really was super.

I’ve been coming here for10+ years and will continue coming back. The frame ladies are honest, helpful and wonderful to work with.The eyeglasses are always on point, on time and look amazing.

I was scheduled for an appointment via Text message saying that it was time for my annual appointment only come and find out that that appointment was online so i was not able to see the doctor because my insurance only allows every two years. There needs to be a change in your system . I came all the way here for nothing. I have no problem with your company but I was a bit frustrated when I tried to explain but the clerk seemed to annoyed as if it was my fault.
