Ordered online. They did not have the exact choice I ordered but the gentleman called me and advised of this. He offered to make something else with different flowers and gave me options. He was so polite! The customer service alone would have made me keep buying from this shop. However, the bouquet I received was beautiful! It was so worth it to let him create something for the special occasion I needed these flowers! Thank you! Will definitely keep coming back whenever I need flowers to gift or even to treat myself!
