Working as HHA there when from good to just bad, the workers try to control for pay, even when a patient tell them they don't want service they will override what you say and still send an aide.
They make it extremely hard for their employees that receive public assistance, to the point where it seems as discrimination! They wont provide you with documentation your obligated to like EMPLOYEE VERIFICATION! They stat that they are afraid of their employees committing fraud which is crazy within its self because why would you hire this type of employee if you think this way. They will assign you to cases they havent even got in contact with the patient and if you get sent home you get 1 hour of pay for the day even if you traveled an hour there and an hour back.
