This is my usual place for my diabetes eye exam & new frames every year with same insurance.. She checks on computer and says my insurance is not active lmao when I just came from doing physical therapy. So I call healthfirst and 100% account active. I have healthfirst, Medicare, Medicaid since 2010. Try READING the policy numbers CORRECTLY next time. Went right across the street and their computers seem to be working fine with finding my insurance and ACTIVE..
First let me start off by saying how amazing the manager Eliana is, love her and will definitely be returning because of her !! And also loved the virtual exam experience. The staff were all kind and helpful, I left with the perfect glasses. Thank you guys ❤️
