Not reliable never came back to fix problem overpriced

Overcharged by a landslide, problem was sewage backup, and it backed up again in 2 days. Found guys that did the job for 5.5x cheaper and better

On January 2021 I called Einstein to repair my air conditioning units and to their credit they came out right away. They inspected it and told me i needed a new AC and they installed 2 units one for upstairs and one for downstairs that cost about 16k. I asked the gentleman who was doing the install if everything would work and he said yes and I asked if there were any issues and he said no. One important thing to mention was that they did not replace my air ducts and said they were going to use the same ones and everything was good. I asked if we needed new ducts since we were getting a new AC, I figured we get new ducts also but the technician insured me that all is... read full review
