I completed a body contouring class here, and received way more information than I expected. Kristin was such a pleasure to work with, down to earth, straight to the point, and very professional. When leaving her class I didn’t feel lost, I felt confident. I planned on going to every class she has to offer. I would recommend her class to anyone that’s interested. Kristin you rock!

Absolutely was elevated , elated and very informed after my body contouring class today . Kristin is not only completely attentive , she abides by her integrity which she resonates in her class . Seeing someone so passionate and willing to pay it forward was a blessing . I'm grateful of the knowledge and enlightenment I left the class with .
