Oh my God !!!!!!!! The staff at this location are very pleasant, very customer friendly , make you feel very welcomed and at ease despite however bad your eyes may be . From the assistants in the front, Maritza , with the mid staff , Belkys all the way up to the optometrist Dr Vadkat . I HIGHLY recommend this location for ALL of your eye concerns .
I’ve been coming here for about 6 years, and Maritza and Vickey have consistently taken amazing care of me. What makes this shop so special is the neighborhood-friendly atmosphere they truly treat you like family. They always remember the little details, greet me warmly every time I walk in, and take their time to make sure I’m completely satisfied. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care make every visit a great experience. I absolutely love this place and recommend it to everyone I know. Maritza and Vickey are exceptional, and the shop wouldn’t be the same without them!
I don't have anything to say about this optical, cause I've never been a customer. I did think it would be good to add a review with photos because of how hidden it is due to the stairs for the train.
