I cannot stand to look at my hair after this. I Absolutely hate this place. If I could give this place 0 stars I would . To say I’m livid, is not enough. Came here to have my hair ends trimmed even. my hair was 2 inches past my shoulders wavy with curled ends. I left with a lob 1 inch above my shoulder straightened. 3 inches of healthy hair cut by the owner. My hair grows very slow and it took me 3 years to get it at this length, so you can imagine my frustration when all of my hard work of eating hair vitamins, conditioning, hair mask. frequent trims, caring for my hair is down the drain. Josefina damaged my hair. I went to have the ends cut and I cut my entire hair. I have been growing my hair for more than 10 years and in less than an hour this lady damaged it. I asked to cut only the ends and I cut more than 5 inches of hair. I don't know if this lady did it maliciously or what. I got burned like ten times with the blower. I found out the comb on my head. What I went through in this room was a nightmare. Every time I look at my head what makes me feel angry. ????

I came in for a trim and although the stylist Josefina was very nice and the hair cut Is really cute it isn't at all what I asked for. I asked for a trim and the sides of my hair to be longer in the front. I ended up with a very short bob that comes about 2 inches above my shoulders and the front is about half an inch longer. Not much of a difference. During the washing process she started off rough, digging her fingers into my scalp, I should have known then this wasn't going to go smoothly. During the cut when I noticed she was cutting too much hair off I again repeated to her that I wanted my hair longer in the front, and she told me to just relax, but I must say that there was nothing relaxing about this whole experience. During almost the entire cutting process she kept asking me to keep my head down with my chin pressed against my chest. Super uncomfortable, as she was cutting my hair she kept digging the sharp comb into my scalp which caused me to jump several times and all she would say was that I had to stop moving. I was also expecting to get a roller set since my hair was chemically processed. But she went with the old school hand held hair blower and burned my scalp atleast 8 times during the process causing me severe pain. At one point I jumped and grabbed my scalp from the pain and my hair and scalp were so hot that I burned the tips of my fingers. Not once did she apologize or try to use a different method as to not keep burning me. She would just keep asking me not to move. It's not the worst hair cut if u like short hair, there's lots of uneven pieces of hair scattered throughout my head. She definitely doesn't have a steady hand and that's why she cut so much off. I definitely won't be back.
