Today Sandra made me feel so much better than before, I walk in to Cohen. She was very patient and kind to me even though I was clearly upset. Then she took care of my problem. I spoke to her over the phone at first , then meeting her in person was the icing on the cake ! super professional , all smiles and provides the kind of customer service every customer needs. It was my first time visiting this location and she made the whole process smooth. I will definitely be back she’s beautiful on the inside and outside ♥️ so happy with my new glasses !!
