I worked with CMP to renovate my coop apartment. First time doing renovation.I did a full kitchen reno, sanding down the floors, and paint the entire place. I followed Joe's recommendations on which stores to purchase appliances/materials from, etc.Took 3 months to get all done.Quality? 6/10. Paint job done not perfectly. Still sees bubbles everywhere. Kitchen materials recommended are poor. I chose the panels, but not joints, railings. It was simply overlooked.Lacks details. Was not informed that I should care for this. He mentioned that his wife can also help, I didn't get help.Appliances is another story. Joe assured me that the fridge I chose was a right size. When...read full review

This is not architects. This is a construction company that does all types of remodeling. I had my kitchen floor done and was pleased with the work, that I hired them again to do my living room floor and paint. Nino did excellent work and quick. I recommend them any time.
