2 stars because i appreciate her taking time out to do the work. But i came in here with length almost up to my butt. I came out with hair up to my shoulders. I asked for long layers something I’m used to getting at salons .. but i just moved here so i just wanted to try it out and she said she could do it but obviously she couldn’t and on top of that got charged $72 cos a wash and set with long layers when in reality she practically gave me a bob, didn’t notice til she dried it .
