About CityMD East 161st Urgent Care - Bronx

The experience at the location 161 Bronx was miles above other urgent care. The doctor was very thorough, listened and took time to answer concerns. People were polite and efficient. At 1pm the waiting area had only 2 people and all went okay. The staff was very nice, very concerned and kind. The location was clean, near home and the reception area was small but not crowded. Service was fast but the care was not gentle, a rough experience. The doctor give asthma treatment that other facility never did. The staff young women were kind and understanding.

CityMD East 161st Urgent care best place for your urgent care needs. I had to take my daughter there for an urgent issue and the entire staff provided excellent customer service so rare that you find these days!!
I would highly recommended this location for any of your urgent medical needs.

The wait time was under 15 minutes, and the nurse practitioner was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the most effective approach to address my issue and obtain the prescription to alleviate my symptoms and sensitivities.

First time experience going to this CityMD location and it was great. From the receptionist Iiona greeting me and directing me to scan the QR code to the nurse Khadijah having good interpersonal skills. She was very very nice and caring. Dr. Hong was amazing and very gentle with taking the test. He also helped me with a doctors note for work. Great staff workers and fast service!!!
