Superb service beyond expectations. Had to bring in my 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid SUV to be serviced. From the moment I arrive, the staff was helpful, courteous and professional. I was greeted by Gjenete who reassured me, she will personally attend to my service needs to a satisfactory outcome. She did just that and more! UPDATE: The dealership apologized and sent me a check for some of the extra interest that had accrued because of the lenders illegal practices. They have also promised to NEVER use Valley Bank again.
Its been few weeks i booked my car under warranty repair and try to arrange the car pick up the lady said they don’t pickup the car but let her try with manager if manager allow then she can arrange. No one came to pick up the car on appointment then i call back and rearrange with her and she arranged the car pick upDiagnose was done, and they keep the car for one night and next day they fix the car and delivered at my home.All was covered in warranty great service
