Friendly staff, very attentive to what the customer asks for. In love with my nails and my service. My daughter loves her nails, and my mom is also very happy with her pedi. Thank you CC and crew! ?
Is customer service good here? It's not the best, no, but they're not the worst either. When I first came here, it was before Covid and there were customers outside the door. I figured it was worth the wait. When they were done with my nails I was impressed. It lasted longer than expected, and I've been coming here ever since, for the past 5 years. Cindy and C C are the best nail techs I've came across. Wait times are crazy at this place but it's worth it.
Saw a clip on YouTube with Xiaomi and this business is full of fun and good spirited employees. On that alone, I would definitely go here. Plus, the quality of work looked really good.
