While customer service may not be the best, the quality of the nail techs, such as Cindy, and the durability of the services compensate. However, be prepared for long wait times.
Passing by this nail salon to support the local business, they surprised me a lot. Although they only speak some English, they tried their best to get my nails done. I got the gel pedicure and I love the color they picked for me. The pedicure is so good, and honestly, for the price, where else can I find a such affordable nail salon in New York??
I'm giving it a five-star rating because, after seeing the video on YouTube, I can't stop laughing at how funny and real the owner is. She's a lot of fun to be around, and the entire place has a vibe.
