I was able to get an appointment for the next morning (a Sunday) for my dog. In & out in 45 min which isn't terrible. $119 for the initial visit & another $114 for 2 meds & a poo test. Can't complain I guess.

My cat passed away last night, I texted them first and they put my information in before I arrived. Upon my arrival the front desk person (didn’t get her name she has glasses) was very nice, professional distracted me from my loss which is very appreciated. It was a smooth process just signed papers and paid. Affordable cremation process. Thank you again!

Customer service there was amazing and they were very professional. The wait wasn't long at all it was our first time trying them out we were there for our cat Sophia whom has a mass on her belly and she has to have it surgically removed . We were trying to find somewhere to get a second opinion because where we were taking her from her very first examination appt after 14 yrs of being so healthy that we never needed to take her to the vet, to her last appt with them ( it was a total of 3 appts from start to quoted price for the surgery, her blood work, antibiotics etc) in mid Manhattan and they quoted us a price of $2295.
