Jazz was the best! Gave me the best advice for my shih tzu who’s very picky with her food. Sat with us for almost 30 min talking about ways to get my baby to eat. I’ve had jazz multiple times as the assistant and she’s great !!
My experience at this place is always spectacular. The entire staff is so caring and takes their time to explain everything thoughtfully. Dr. Robert has always been a favorite of ours, and today Jismely, the assistant, was incredibly helpful. No matter who you encounter, everyone is wonderful. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else but here.
Bronx Veterinary Center offers excellent service. Not only do they treat my pets with kindness and compassion, their online services for prescriptions are very helpful and affordable. Rubi provided excellent service through text and I was able to refill my dog’s prescription without issues and without having to leave my home. I definitely recommend Bronx Veterinary Center Services for all your pet/ babies’ needs.
