The team was very informative and helpful. Luckily, they were able to service me in less than 10mins after I got off the phone with them. Carlos called 30 seconds after and came straight away. I was lucky that they were close by my area, but I recommended all the way.
Jose & the team at Bronx Towing Express were great to work with. They were prompt, helpful, courteous and had an expertise that allowed them to solve a tricky situation of towing a vehicle out of a spot that had very low clearance. They did a great job and were able to do it on my schedule and within my budget. I would definitely recommend working with them!!
Service was great in the beginning pickup thanks to Jose and Luis (the tower). However there was some miscommunication with dropping off the vehicle which resulted in the vehicle reaching the destination late. Overall I would recommend.
