This office is horrible. The doctors here totally don’t pay attention to you. I don’t even know what they’re thinking and coming with my son for nine years now ever since he was a baby. He had a rash from amoxicillin when he was an infant and somehow that is being pointed out now that he’s almost 9 in his physical. To make matters worse, diagnosed my son with ADHD and wrote that he’s taking medication. He is not diagnosed nor there is additional paperwork stating that. When I asked for this to be revised and his physical form, another problem rose is he has an allergy to amoxicillin Which he doesn’t he’s been taking amoxicillin for literally every infection...read full review

love the doctor and the practice but the front desk needs to work on professionalism. I should not be on hold for 30min straight. In addition my paperwork is never done or sent when I am told it would be. Other than that I love the way the nurses/ma treats patients and his doctor is amazing with him. He has been going here since birth and is now 4 yrs old.My son is now 7 and I give up on this place. I have put in numerous complaints on the staff. They are horrible. It is their job when they refer you somewhere to find the location yet they refuse and tell the patient to find a lab or MD themselves.They always miss my sons veins, they keep ppl on hold for 30min or more...read full review

Very unprofessional staff. The office manager Johany wow I canceled all future appointments. They changed my sons doctor to a male and when I asked why and I’d like a female Johany says”Well nothing happened to him” I asked for the director number and she put me on hold indefinitely I called again she didn’t answer and put me on hold again then I called from my sons phone and she was surprised. Never returning there and condoms on display for 10 year olds
