This is an organization that works hard to provide quality education services to the community. They serve afterschool programs, camps, and more. As a vendor that works with them, I''ve always found them to believe in their mission to provide quality recreation experiences for the kids that need them the most. Mainstages is proud to partner with Bronx House!
Since January 2023 swimming pool has been closed for Bronx House members men. I sent an email to Fitness & Wellness Director Jonathan Acosta to find out when it will be reopening - no response, asked to get the money back I paid for membership - no response.Contact Howie MartinCEO, Bronx House, and got a refund.
Going here primarily for the gym but unfortunately all the other amenities are closed and they never seem to do any renovations whatsoever despite the amount of money I would imagine they generate from the kids programs. If amenities were available, this would be a certified 5 star. Giving it 3 because the fitness center has everything you could need except it’s old. Everything works tho. The gym is literally always empty and this isn’t even an exaggeration. There’s sometimes 2-3 other people working out so you never wait for anything.
