I had a very good experience at this store I gave my guitar to work on unfortunately they were unable to resolve the issue however, their attempt was admirable and in good faith I was not charged because it was not to his standards so I would still consider bringing future jobs for their efforts alone. I’ve been coming here for years even through the pandemic Bronen’s has been a great place to come . I’ve brought in so many guitars over the years they really know how to fix whatever you need with good reasonable pricing. Andy and Gabe are always super helpful I can’t thank them enough for always taking care of me and my guitars through the years!

Brought in a Roland PK-5, a kind of rare piece of gear. It's a keyboard (sort-of) and a pedal system (sort of). When I suddenly had some dead notes, I was a little worried about where to bring it for repair.I found Bronen's amongst Roland's authorized service centers and brought it in.Not only did Andy repair the dead keys (courtesy of hungry, small, wildlife), he did a complete overhaul of the pedals. There are no more squeaks or clicks. Even though I am the second owner, I can safely say that it feels brand new.All work was done in a few days for a great price. I couldn't be happier with the job. They'll definitely be my first call for repair in the future.
