The technician, Abe is fabulous. He is thorough, explains everything he is doing, and is conscious of the fact that we have a dog. My last exterminator retired and set the bar high. Big Apple Pest Control meets and exceeds the bar set. My waterbug problem is now under control and with a 6-month service contract will remain that way. Thank you!
