Air Wave serviced my two Friedrich a/cs for the summer season and they've done a great job. The master bedroom a/c was removed for a thorough cleaning and returned two days later. Both my a/cs are running great now! Nice people and courteous service.

I used AirWave for several years but they have become untrustworthy. I believe the original owner died. I got back my large window air conditioner from them after having it in winter storage with them. It was fine when they picked it up last fall. Now the compressor is broken. They are very hard to pin down about fixing the situation. They will tell you they will come one day but seem to forget about that appointment. It's very frustrating dealing with them, so I'm going to look for another business for window air conditioner storage and installation. I can't really recommend them anymore.

We've been AIR WAVE customers for years and it's a pleasure to do business with them. Our air conditioner died on Saturday. We called AIR WAVE and left a message. They called us back at 8 am on Sunday and said they would come and install a new machine at 8 am on Monday.We had a new air conditioner installed by 8:30 am Monday. The installers were courteous, extremely careful and very strong. They carried the huge new machine up 4 flights and the old one down. That's what we call customer service.
