Gary Vacanti goes out of his way to help. When I had a small but substantial issue just prior to shelter-at-home orders, he came out after-hours to help us get power and WiFi back so my daughters could do school. He fixed the issue quickly and didn’t even worry about the bill. He is reliable, courteous, excellent at what he does and humane.
Called Jim to come out to my cottage to review my need for drainage to my lawn.
Jim was very open to my ideas and came up with a plan to move the water from my two back gutter downspouts 100 feet or so by way of 3” pipe to my driveway where it could drain out into the street storm sewer.
His estimate was very reasonable and within a week he came out and completed the job very quickly.
