Never at the ripe old age of 39 did I think I would find myself in a position where I’m going to have to relearn how to walk. The last few months have been a wild ride that I didn’t know I got on! When switching from in-home PT to outpatient, I did a lot of research and had quite a few options. I knew a doctor who had personally gone there and recovered phenomenally, which definitely impacted my decision-making. When someone has only good things to say about a very difficult injury/recovery and the experience they had, I find that to be way more important than whatever swimming pool or other equipment they may have. I only recently started at the Dunkirk location in September 2025. It’s scary, it’s painful, but I feel that I am in the best place that I could possibly be for my recovery. I feel like the doctors as well as the staff are not only friendly but actually empathetic and listen to what you’re saying. Having positive support that is not dismissive of your symptoms and is willing to work with you and meet you where you are (but in no way babies you) is not only helpful but, I believe, pivotal for my physical and mental health during this difficult time. I so want to just be able to walk my dogs around the block, go outside and look at the moon in a starlit sky, and sit in the sun. I know these are things I can’t necessarily do at this moment, but I do feel that with the help that I am currently receiving, as slow of a recovery as this might be, I will and do have the chance to actually recover! I look forward to continuing to bust my butt trying to get better and also taking it easy, as rest is equally as important. I'm very happy with the bathtub refinishing that John did. He was efficient and cleaned everything up afterwards. The finish looks great and very professional. He was very communicative and got back to me quickly when I reached out for a quote. His pricing was very reasonable and he was able to schedule the job quickly and without any fuss. When the time came to get a new unit for our home, Colburn's was our family's recommendation. We're glad we listened. During our consultation they went over all the options with us, in a no pressure manner. Colburn's did a super job on our install, we even added central air while they were here. Always very thorough, answered all our questions, and gave us lots of useful tips. We've had our unit going on 2 years now. Dennis exceeded our expectation on the pump out service he provided us. He is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly young businessman. It was extremely fast from initial contact to our service that he provided. Dennis gave great communication while he was in route and arrived exactly on time. We are new property owners, and this was the first time having this type of service performed. There were a couple of things that we were not aware of which made the job a little more difficult, but Dennis handled them without any issue. He also did not deviate from the quote that we were given for our service even though the circumstances above took him some extra time. Overall ADD Septic is an honest and professional business with great pricing and provide exceptional service. We will not be calling anyone else In the future!

Outstanding service! We called them at 9 PM the night before Christmas Eve within an hour they brought heaters to help us make it through the night. They returned 7 AM Christmas Eve morning and had us warm within a half hour incredible! Thanks Bill, for sending Ryan and Matt, they were pleasant and knowledgeable.
