They came to our home on 1/3/25, fully aware that we needed expedited results to meet a specific deadline. They charged us $250 for the service. At the time of payment, they were unable to operate the Square payment system they had, so I had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash. I ended up paying $260, but Jim refused to return the $10 in change.
Now, a week later, I still have not received my results. Not only did they fail to honor the expedited request, but they also kept the extra $10. This is completely unacceptable. The way they conduct business and treat customers is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY!
