My experience here from start to finish was top notch. I felt comfortable through every part of the process. From picking out the carpet and padding to financing with Bridget to installation. It is clear that they all take pride in their work and their product. It amazes me what a difference the new carpet has made in our home. 10/10 recommend giving them a chance to earn your business. You will not be disappointed.
It's my go to for flooring. My recent visit Jack went above and beyond to get some tile ordered for me. He came in on his day off to put in an order that had a limited supply . If he hadn't I could have been waiting an additional 4to 6 weeks possibly longer. My hats off to Brockport Carpet and flooring a family I trust
This was our second time using Brockport custom Carpets. The first time was 35 years ago. Both experience have been very satisfying. I can't thank owner Charlie enough. Excellent product - super service! Thank you again
