The company sent a repair person up, within a hour of my call. He removed a shower valve, that was the most difficult one that he has ever seen. He completed what was required with no damage to the valve assembly after a chiseling out the valve. Work was good and price was reasonable. Will be doing more business with them in the future.

Highly trained and knowledgeable service! The computer in our Navien furnace was hit by a power surge. Kim asked in-depth questions during our first call and was able to schedule a service call right away. Logan diagnosed the many problems caused by the surge, took on all communication with the Navien company, repaired it all and added a surge protector. We couldn't have been happier!

They answered my call and came out the same day. Thomas was highly professional and knowledgeable. They were reasonably priced and fast. I called so many other companies and didn’t even get an answer Highly recommend them! We will definitely use them again.
