Excellent class. My first visit to this studio. I've been practicing yoga for over twenty years. The class combined solid meditative yoga and advanced poses that were challenging. I'll be back. Thank you!

Lienette is an excellent teacher. Perhaps one of the best Bikram instructors I’ve had. She went around the room to check in with everyone, helped with modifications and encourage more advanced students to push push push!

I recently started taking classes here and it has been such a great experience- Dave is great!! I’ve never done hot yoga before and his beginner friendly class is perfect for me. I look forward to all the I can learn from him in the future!
