Dr. Rosann is the best dentist I have ever had. She has been our family dentist for over 12 years and I would travel far and wide to see her if I ever moved away from the area. I have had many complicated dental issues and she has the knowledge, skill and talent to help me resolve the issues smoothly. She shows a high level of compassion and caring with every visit that is rare. She is amazing.
Dr Roseann and the staff of Gentle Family Dentistry take care of me and my family. Every visit is an absolute pleasure. Dr. Roseann always gives the best recommendations. We wouldn’t trust anyone else!
I love the doctors here. Dr. Greco and Dr. Roseann are amazing. So kind, clean, gentle, timely. They rock! However... Their secretary is a miserable woman. Extremely rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful. Literally leaves a sour taste in your mouth when you walk out...(kind of ironic given the fact that you're actually leaving with a "cleaner" mouth). She's told me that I would not be covered for my visit until AFTER the fact (even though she was mistaken... I WAS covered). Also, she's easily triggered when you change insurance providers... literally HANGED UP the phone as I was mid-question.
