This was my first time seeing Dr. Shay and I had such a great experience. I went in feeling extremely tight and uncomfortable, especially in my neck. After getting adjusted by Dr. Shay, I honestly never felt better. I had full range of motion in my neck again and felt immediate relief. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I’m so glad I went and will definitely be back

In a gym member I hurt myself and I love the idea of having a rehab facility in the same place as I workout at. Customer service is amazing and Dr.Shay works wonders!

This is a great facility. I went in looking for a gym to go to and walked out with a gym membership and multiple appointments with PMR. I highly recommend them, and they are very military friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place.

For the last couple months I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Shay. Before working with him I had difficulty with day to day tasks let alone working out. Since going to Dr. Shay on a weekly basis I now have minimal pain on my worst days and am able to go on with day to day tasks, much better posture, and workout consistently. 10/10 recommend if your having back problems.

I was in town in business and had a severe back strain. PMR was able to get me in same day for a treatment. DR Shae was fantastic and was able to treat my back and reduce the pain and increase my flexibility to manageable level with only two treatments. I will now be able to bare my flight home. DR Shae is not only very professional but he is also very personable and passionate about helping his patience. He took the time to explain what caused the strain and what I need to do to avoid it in the future. If I lived here in Brewster I would go back for any further therapy needs. Dan from MN.
