My experience with Beluga was very good
The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable and that was important to me as they understood my request for all equipment to be installed exactly where we wanted it and to have all the lines as hidden as possible. We went with a 42k 5-head Mitsubishi hyper-heat pump system, 4 of which are ceiling cassettes, which was a lot work in the attic for them to install and takes a few days.
